[[EDIT: Wow. This piece is pretty popular, isn't it? If you like it, why not check out some of my other art? Do you like Mario? Do you like Undertale? How about Isabelle from Animal Crossing? Maybe Alois Trancy from Black Butler with Mickey Mouse? I've got some pretty cool art, folks.]]

Anyone else watch Nickelodeon during the 2000s like I did? The 2000s was my DECADE...

Anyway, I had nostalgia kick me in the face, I was bored, so I decided to draw this little masterpiece. So, from left to right, we have...

XJ-9 (Jenny) from "My Life as a Teenage Robot"- First airing in 2003, "My Life as a Teenage Robot" featured a robot girl named Jenny (or, to get techincal, XJ-9) who is tasked with saving the world from aliens and such, though she would much rather live the life of a normal teenage girl. The series itself was the first step in my becoming interested in sci-fi (as were other shows such as Cyberchase and The Powerpuff Girls). Heck, I even at one point had a character that was a total RIPOFF of Jenny. It just goes to show how much of an influence this show, and its main character, have had on my life.

Vendetta from "Making Fiends"- The series "Making Fiends" was much too short-lived, running for just less than a month before being cancelled and only putting out 18 episodes, making up only 6 half-hour blocks as there were 3 episodes per half-hour. The web series it was based on, though, has more episodes, so at least that's something. Anyway, Vendetta was always my favorite character of the series. She has somewhat of an Invader-Zim-esque sort of feel about her, though she is significantly more evil. Also, she's got a Bulgarian accent, which makes her really fun to just listen to. It's absolutely hilarious when she screams too. She is drawn here in my own style because, when I tried to do her in MF style, it turned out HORRIBLY WRONG....so yeah

Snap from "ChalkZone"- WOW. Okay, so I was searching for a third character to put on here. I didn't want to resort to mainstream Nicktoons like Spongebob, Timmy Turner, Danny Phantom, or Jimmy Neutron, so I sat for about a half hour trying to think of a third character. Chuckie Finster from Rugrats crossed my mind, as did both of the Angry Beavers, but then the realization hit me: CHALKZONE. It used to be one of my favorite shows and, of all the characters, it's Snap that's made the most of an impression on me to this day.
Anyway, "Chalkzone" premiered in 2002. The series features a young boy named Rudy Tabootie who one day finds a piece of magic chalk which can transport him to the chalk-drawn world of ChalkZone. There, Rudy finds that he is the protector of ChalkZone and must keep it from being invaded by people of the real world. Together with his chalk-drawn sidekick, Snap, and friend, Penny Sanchez, he adventures through ChalkZone, protecting it from evils both within and without. Out of any Nicktoon, ChalkZone is probably one of the most forgotten of them all.
As for Snap, he remains my favorite character of the show to this day. He's silly, outgoing, and a little rash at times, but is always ready to help Rudy out when he needs it, even one time masquerading as him in the real world while he takes on an important mission.
...yep...Snap...Snaaaappp.........

Anyway *shoving internet research aside for the day*, I hope you like it! Maybe you'll get a nostalgia rush too, just like I did! :D
